How to Sign Up for Our Programs

We are excited to help you get started with our flexible and supportive programs. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to sign up and register using our Jumbula platform.

Step 1: Create a Jumbula Account
  1. See above for programs available for registration.
  2. Create an account by providing the required information.
  3. Log in to your new Jumbula account.​​

Step 2: Choose Your Program and Schedule
  1. Browse through our variety of programs available on the Jumbula portal.
  2. Select the program(s) that suit your child's needs.
  3. Choose your preferred dates and times using our flexible scheduling options.
  4. Choose a payment option more information below
  5. Receive an email confirmation detailing the dates and times of your chosen programs.
  6. Be ready for fun! 

Payment Options ~ We offer several payment options to make the process convenient for you:
  • Online payment plans
  • Credit and debit card payments
  • Online schooling
  • AFU invoicing
  • Etransfer

How to secure your spot and use AFU or Online Schooling Funding to pay
  1. Proceed to checkout once you have selected your programs.
  2. Enter the code "AFU" in the coupon code box to apply Autism Funding. This will reduce your cart total to $0 for the week.
  3. If you would like to use online school funding please also use AFU code
  4. Reserve your child’s spot by completing the checkout process.

Where do I find the information to use on an RTP on the AFU portal? 

  1. Receive an email confirmation detailing the dates and times of your chosen programs.
  2. Locate the information at the bottom of the confirmation email for uploading onto the parent portal.
  3. Access the AFU parent portal online and upload the necessary information in the "Request to Pay" or "Add a Service Provider" section.
  4. Wait a couple of weeks for us to obtain our billing number.
  5. Ensure sufficient funds are uploaded to your account to cover the invoices.
  6. We will handle the invoicing using the online portal once the billing number is received.
