As an Empowered by Nature team member, you will have the chance to develop and facilitate exciting activities, lead nature exploration sessions, organize team-building exercises, and create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, where your ideas and contributions are valued.

Working with us also means staying active and playing games! We believe in the power of play to promote physical well-being, social interaction, and personal growth. You'll have the opportunity to participate in various outdoor games and recreational activities alongside the youth, fostering a sense of joy, teamwork, and adventure.

We have a few positions open for the summer 2023 and would love to hear from you if you have a skill you would like to play forward to our youth. We would love to have you join us for a workshop too! All of our staff need to have clean criminal record checks and first aid. We can help you obtain first aid and other relevant courses for employment.
