Set Weekly Schedule
When you sign up for a set weekly schedule to receive the 10% discount, your learner’s spot is secured for the entire duration of the sessions for the term.
While we do offer arrange ahead daily visit opportunities, our programs rely on committed participation to remain sustainable and to support our staff. Your participation supports the success of key programs for everyone involved.
If you anticipate missing several weeks, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
If you need to cancel your spot, please provide at least two weeks’ notice so we can offer it to another participant. Your commitment helps us plan resources and ensure the continuation of our programs.

Arrange-Ahead Daily Visits
- Google Form Confirmations: If you completed a Google form to confirm attendance for the following week and did not receive a cancellation confirmation from us, your session will be considered confirmed, and you will be billed unless canceled with us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled visit or fail to show up, you will be charged.
- Verbal Confirmations: If you verbally confirm attendance but do not join, you will still be charged, as staffing and resources are planned around your commitment.
