Rates
If your youth is capable of safely joining with a ratio of 1:8 the rate is $15/hour for your scheduled groups, this is for our PlayMakers Club and ECOPlay interest led supported free play. The ratio is more like 1:6 with a second set of hands close.
We are scheduling some groups with a rate of 1:3 to allow all kids to receive the support and care required, this additional support has an increased rate of $30/hour.
If you would like a leader to spend 1:1 time with your child while other kids are there for socialization support and self regulation the rate would be $40/hour.
We also offer 1:1 with the room all to yourself for $50/hour.

Our cancellation/attendance policy:
If you need to cancel please give us at least 48 hours notice
to avoid any fees
Between 24 and 48 hours notice you will be charged at a rate of 50%
Less than 24 hours notice or a no-show you will be charged the full amount
Pay Ahead Programs
If you have signed up for one of these groups you have secured your learners spot for the duration of the sessions. This allows us to continue to offer our programming and retain our exceptional employees. If you know you are going to be missing a few weeks please connect ahead of time so we can work something out and plan accordingly.
